Students learn scientific terminology in both English and Chinese, giving them a valuable advantage. Furthermore, NCHU accepts a variety of graduation qualifications besides UEC (Malaysian Chinese private school exam).I applied using A-Levels, but SPM and STPM (Malaysian national exams) are accepted as well. “In our department, there are many opportunities for off-campus internships. For example, during the winter break of my sophomore year, I interned at a pig farm in Taichung. And during the summer break of my upcoming senior year, I will be interning at the Animal Disease Control Center in Taitung City. Throughout these internships, I have learned a lot of practical knowledge that wasn’t covered in the classroom, encountered common clinical cases, and enhanced my critical thinking skills.
