Dear Colleagues,
To enhance faculty and staff’s capabilities in international communication and foreign guest reception, we are honored to invite Ambassador Chen Chia-Yen from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to deliver a special lecture on International Etiquette. Drawing on his extensive diplomatic experience, the lecture will provide practical insights on conducting oneself with professionalism in global settings.
