據職業災害調查發現多數原因起於「人為因素」。對於人為因素之不安全的動作約佔80%以上，防治對策有賴於「勞工安全衛生教育、訓練」的推展，以建立安全工作方法與正確衛生觀念，避免職業災害所帶來的損失。

依勞工健康保護規則 第 17 條 雇主對在職勞工，應依下列規定，定期實施一般健康檢查：年滿六十五歲者，每年檢查一次。四十歲以上未滿六十五歲者，每三年檢查一次。未滿四十歲者，每五年檢查一次。依年齡規定定期實施一般健康檢查。例如：人員現年30歲，已於105年完成新進人員體檢，將會於110年參與本校的在職勞工一般健康檢查。

依據「職業安全衛生法｣第30、31條規定辦理。雇主應對有母性健康危害之虞之工作，採取危害評估、控制及分級管理措施，違反規定處新臺幣三萬元以上三十萬以下罰鍰。依法應辦理女性勞工母性健康保護事項，故施行姙娠工作人員專用之粉紅「好孕車位」及汽機車停車優惠。適用對象：妊娠中(懷孕)、分娩後(產後)未滿一年、分娩後(產後)滿一年仍有在持續哺乳之女性員工。

為建立全校研究場所風險管理制度，以利輔導及管理校內研究空間及人員之職業安全衛生，敬請老師務必撥冗填寫研究場所運作管理系統。本校研究空間依職業安全衛生管理辦法分為：

1.第一類具有高度風險(本校無此類空間)；

2.第二類具有中度風險(例如：理、工、農資、生科、獸醫等學院之實(試)驗室)；

3.第三類具有低度風險(例如：文、法政、管理學院之研究室或辦公室)。為確認各場所負責人(老師)轄管之研究場所空間及工作者(老師、勞工或學生)符合職業安全衛生法之相關規定，並且利於校內管理，請協助更新研究場所運作管理系統)，包含以下六大項資料：

(一)研究場所基本資料

(二)辨別特別危害健康作業

(三)相關人員資料

(四)技術證照人員資料

(五)校內教育訓練資料

(六)化學品資料。
