系所簡介 Department Introduction	本國際專班設立目的在於招收優質外籍理工背景學生，以系統性半導體基礎課程、進階課程以及實習教育，充實半導體產業相關技能，目的在塑造對半導體材料、製程及產業具有足夠知識、實務經驗與視野之高科技人才。 The purpose of establishing this international program is to recruit high-quality foreign students with a background in science and engineering. The program enriches semiconductor industry-related skills through systematic foundational courses, advanced courses, and internship education in semiconductors. The aim is to cultivate high-tech talents who have sufficient knowledge, practical experience, and vision in semiconductor materials, processes, and industries.

畢業應修學分數及條件(依學位授予法及學校學則相關規範辦理) Graduation Requirement (In accordance with the University Act, Degree Conferral Act and other applicable regulations)	畢業學分數共30學分，含必修16學分(其中校外實習占6學分)、選修14學分 The total credits for graduation are 30 credits, including 16 required credits (with 6 credits from off-campus internships) and 14 elective credits.
畢業生未來發展 Future Map	台灣美光提供製程工程師職缺 Taiwan Micron will offer internships and “Process Engineer” job vacancies to qualified students. Students can stay in Taiwan for employment after graduation.

其他說明 Additional Notes	合作企業participating company 美光科技Micron Technology 政府與企業分攤補助費用。關於生活津貼，合作企業提供國際專班學生第一年每月新臺幣1萬元，第二年經評核通過之學生，續提供每人每月新臺幣1萬元，但延修期間除外。 The government and enterprises share the subsidy costs. During the first year, the participating company will provide a monthly stipend ($10,000 NTD) for each admitted student. For the second year, the NTD 10,000 monthly stipend will be granted only to students who successfully pass the joint evaluation** by the university and the company. This stipend is not available during any extended study period.
